Susana Ayala Cuenca
Founder & Creative Director
For much of my professional career, I have explored emerging technologies in several placements, gaining skills in the React development space as well as coding and visual designing. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside a diverse set of clients across the United Kingdom and United States where I’ve taken charge of managing their web projects/portals to problem solving, whilst seeking optimal ways to improve the quality of services delivered. At S&E Optimizes, my goal is to oversee the entire process from concept development and strategic planning to design and production completion, guiding the ship of S&E Optimizes in a clear direction.
Aside from when I’m not catching up on the latest tech-related news, you’ll find me in the kitchen, sprucing up new recipes for my family and, more recently, writing blogs on various subject matters relating to tech and information I’ve gathered over the years, either through learning or application- I’ve found that writing helps me process information in a more fun, creative, and engaging manner as well as serve as a record which i can refer back to later on. Among other things, I enjoy learning new languages, cultures, and exploring the City of London (where I was raised)

Building on years in the programming industry, I have closely collaborated with software development, driven by a passion for identifying and solving clients’ pain points while delivering innovative software solutions. My engineering journey started during my university years, where I learned about the idea/importance of software scalability, functionality, performance, being mentored and sharing knowledge.
In the next phase of my career, I bring years of experience of working in/leading diverse teams, including holding senior roles as a Software Developer and Full Stack Engineer, all while overseeing the development of digital applications. At S&E Optimizes, I aim to collaborate with you to discover the most logical and optimized solutions, driving your company forward by addressing and resolving all pain points effectively and efficiently.
